The Staff Selection Commission conducts the SSC GD Constable examination for recruitment of Constables in forces like CRPF, BSF, CISF, ITBP, SSB, NIA, SSF, and Rifleman in Assam Rifles. SSC GD Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
Candidates qualifying the written exam are called for PET.
For Male Candidates:

Ladakh Region: 1.6 km in 6.5 minutes
For Female Candidates:

1.6 km race in 8 minutes

Ladakh Region: 800 meters in 4 minutes
Note: Pregnant female candidates are not allowed to participate in PET.
