SSC CGL 2025 Education Qualification

1) Assistant Audit Officer/Assistant Account Officer
Essential Qualifications: – Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or Institute.
Desirable Qualifications: Chartered Accountant or Cost & Management Accountant or Company Secretary or Master’s in Commerce or Master’s in Business Studies or Master’s in Business Administration (Finance) or Master’s in Business Economics.
2) Junior Statistical Officer
Essential Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in any subject from a recognized university or institute with at least 60% in mathematics at the 12th standard level or a bachelor’s degree in any subject with statistics as one of the subjects at the degree level.
OR
Bachelor’s degree in any subject with statistics as one of the subjects at the degree level.
3) For All other Posts
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or equivalent.
Note: Candidates in their final year of graduation were allowed to apply provided they possess the essential qualification by 1 August 2025.
Note: For posts of Assistant Section Officer (CSS), Assistant Section Officer (MEA), and Assistant in Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO) under M/o Corporate Affairs, Assistant (GSI) in M/o Mines Computer Proficiency Test is an Essential Qualification.
